The toughest aspect of this initiative so far has been the dawning realisation of how much work is going to be required to get even a fingernail in the door of public awareness.
Creating the mulch to grow this particular garden takes a lot of time and energy. All the while the tiny number of people involved in this so far also have to keep up their day jobs.
As such we haven’t had a lot of time to pay attention to social media and whatnot over the last couple of days and we have suffered for it.
Ironic that the quest for the future survival of all life on earth should be forced into second priority behind the need to survive today.
And yet, the entire basis of this concept resides in making life easier for everybody today.
